At Urban Plug (Afikekom Pty Ltd), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your kicks, we are here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, accessories, and promotional items included with the package must be intact and present.


2. Returns Fee

Please note that all returns are subject to a R100 processing and handling fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • Exceptions: If the return is the result of a mistake on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), the R100 fee will be waived.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please reach out to our customer support team:

  2. Subject Line: Return Request - [Order Number]

  3. Details to include: Your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you are requesting a refund or a store credit/exchange.

Once your return request is approved, our team will email you the return instructions and the return shipping address.


4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, our quality assurance team will inspect the product to verify its condition.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (minus the R100 fee), within 5–7 business days.
